His educational background consists of a Bachelor's degree in Education, Master's degree in Counseling, and doctoral coursework in leadership and management. He has conducted professional development workshops for various schools, school districts, as well as multiple superintendents and their central office staff. Sederick Fluker is also author of the book "The Winning Team: A Victory Guide for Total Team Success" which is used as a companion manual for the Winning Team Workshop.
